Private Label Rights (PLR) - When you cant think of anything to say

Private Label Rights or PLR's for short, are articles, programs, or other miscellaneous things that you have been given the right to use. Depending on the PLR will depend on what you will be allowed to do with them. Some you will be allowed to sell, others give away, some you will only be able to use for yourself, example of this would be on your blog.

To use the PLR's you will need to follow the rules, breaking them will get you in trouble.

You may have heard that using PLR's is illegal, It is not. The reason this is often mistaken as illegal is becuase you are using someone else content, and we know that if you do so without permission you are breaking the law. But if you get the permission and follow the rules you will be ok..

That being said why are PLR's important?

Why should we even consider using PLR's?

Both of the above questions can be answered at the same time.

The reason you should consider them and why they are important is becuase they are great for content building especially when you do not have the time or energy to come up with your own.


What type of things can be PLR's

• E-Books
• Articles 
• Computer Programs
• Other Electronic Media.
• Misc (other things can be but the above is most common)

Once again read what you are allowed to do with any PLR that you get  and follow that to the T,  if you get confused by it, either get it clarified by the person that wrote the article or given you permission to use it, or do not use it at all. You do not want to get in trouble.


Basic PLR Strategies

Usually if you are allowed to you will want to edit the PLR to fit you and your style, this also makes it more original and not considered a duplicate  copy in the eyes of Google and allows it to rank slightly better than all the others who changed nothing of the PLR.

PLR's are best used when you need to add something to your site but don't have the time to come up with something your self.

They are great for starting off a blog or website, especially if you want to set up one quickly. Often using PLR Articles for a blog site and having them set to go up on specific  times  for a entire week  will give you time to start on your own content, while allowing Google to see the site is being created and worked on, this means better rankings as time goes on..

Selling PLR's

If you have a talent for writing your own Articles and don't mind other People using your content on there site you could sell your articles for a price. Or if you have the right to sell PLR's that others have created (some PLR's allow this amazingly) You could do that as well.

You could do the above with  PLR e-books and other PLR types as well if you have the permission, or if you have the skill to make these yourself.  Making a e-book is not as difficult as you would think. In fact I have written a World of Worldcraft account safety guide.
