You will also need a email address to create your blogger account with.
Then just follow the steps and there you go your very own blog/website.

With blogger you are set to the rules that they gave you when you decided to make your Blogger site. The quick Basics is anything that could be considered bad or inappropriate is NOT allowed. Be sure to read the rules so you don't get in trouble or have the site taken down.
Tips To Writing a good Blog
First thing is to write it as if you were talking to a friend. I don't know about you but I would rather listen to a friend over some pushy person.
Know Your Stuff!! If you going to talk about grooming dogs you should know something about grooming dogs, or at least be willing to learn about it.
Find your self a topic you like and stay on it, if your going to talk about movies don't talk about amusement park rides. Unless you can relate it back to movies.
Making a Profit
This isn't going to be easy and you may never make a dime but you never know. Blogger makes this pretty easy by allowing you to use adsence and Amazon right away.
